The Tima Lazarus Child Development Centre is CAL’s Colombo initiative, in partnership with Almayuda Foundation, the Department of Education, and the Department of Probation and Child Care Services. This is in direct response to a critical situation for the protection of street connected children in the heart of Colombo. At this center, CAL aims to provide children with access to free education, health care and nutrition, while advocating and taking preventive measures for their protection.
