We seek a candidate with appropriate skills and competencies to develop and implement business development and fundraising strategies and professionalize efforts to seek out funding opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any relevant field and/or a professional qualification in Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of marketing/business development
  • Represent the organization’s business development interests at relevant meetings, events, and within resource mobilization or donor-specific peer networks
  • Willingness to work on youth development programmes and facilitation
  • Established strong network around the country and partners and willingness and ability to travel, sometimes with little advance notice
  • Excellent command in English and computer literacy

IT and Administrative Assistant – Kandy

We seek a dynamic candidate with excellent interpersonal skills who is willing to support the administration function. Will be responsible for providing administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Finance,or any relevant field.

Early Childhood Development Coordinator – Kandy/Kelaniya/ Batticaloa/ Colombo/ Galle – Thalpe)

We seek candidates with appropriate skills and competencies to be employed at our Child Development Centers. Responsibilities include cultivating the students’ interest in education and development, evaluating students’ progress, planning and implementing educational activities and events.

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education/ Pre-school/Montessori
  • Excellent command of English and computer literacy
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Preschool teacher
  • Positive, pleasant personality and ability to get along with children

Child Development Coordinator – Kandy/ Batticaloa / Kelaniya

We seek qualified candidates with executive exposure. Responsibilities include being accountable for the overall operation of the Child Development Center (CDC) activities, mainly focusing on education, health & nutrition, and child protection.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, International Development Studies, Psychology, or any relevant field.
  • 2-3years experience in an NGO, Child Development, or Community development.
  • Excellent command in English and computer literacy
