We at CAL have stepped up our efforts to help the women and children who are possibly at risk from violence or abuse in their homes during this critical time. Being under curfew and lockdown, they are especially vulnerable: so our ‘Safe Home’ and rescue team are on call, and ready to offer a lifeline to those in need. We have a dedicated hotline (0710799799) which is open 24 - 7. We are doing our best to ensure that this number is widely accessible. This is another vital project under our Women Empowerment & Child Protection project.
