The parents of our children and the communities they grow up in have the biggest influence on their lives. To understand this aspect better, the CAL staff attended an important training programme held by renowned Consultant Child Specialist Dr. J. M. Nilam which focussed on the responsibilities of community and parents in today’s society. The training session was held at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Auditorium at the Peradeniya Children’s Hospital.
