At CAL we are always excited about new partnerships and how it can help us improve the lives of children. In September, two of our volunteers Mihiri Perera and Rayushka Gurusinghe, launched Open Conversations; an on-line platform to discuss critical issues in society, solutions, and actions necessary to mitigate repercussions on children and families. We, at CAL are very excited to be in partnership with them for this endearing new initiative. The talk show invites prominent personalities to offer their expertise and is open to public discourse as well. The initial discussion focused on “Childhood at Risk”  in relation to Child Rights,  creating awareness, and taking action to ensure their future is protected.
