This women’s day was about celebrating the women in leadership positions, and inspiring young girls to achieve their dreams, to fulfill their potential by ensuring equal access to resources, education, and opportunity. This continues to be a focal point of development at all CAL centres. Just as importantly we teach our boys the necessity of recognizing, appreciating, and supporting women in, and into leadership.
