Our Nuwara-Eliya centre manages a plantation of carrots which are harvested and then sold at the local market. This produce becomes a source of income, as it contributes to managing the children’s expenses incurred at the centre. It also helps to reinforce in our children and communities the possibility of self-sustenance .
